Iced Coffee Float

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ground coffee (Starbucks)
  • 24 ounces filtered water
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon semi-sweet cocoa powder

Directions

  • 1 Brew Coffee double-strength using 8 oz (1CUP) Ground Coffee to 24 oz (3CUPS) Water.
  • 2 After brewing is complete ~ pour into a pitcher.
  • 3 Add 24 OZ. (3CUPS) ICE to pitcher and let cool.
  • 4 Place 2 scoops of ice-cream in each bowl.
  • 5 Pour 1/4 Cup Chilled Iced Coffee over Ice-Cream.
  • 6 Sprinkle 1/4 TBS. Cocoa Powder over Ice-Cream.
