Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, drained
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 dash paprika

Directions

  • 1 Drain artichoke hearts and mash well. Add remaining ingredients, mix with fork then sprinkle paprika on the top. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
  • 2 Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread.
