Energy Bars - Unbaked

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 cup raisins, chopped or 1 cup dried fruit, of your choice chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients well.
  • 2 Pat out on wax paper into a large rectangle.
  • 3 Take a large knife and divide into bar shaped rectangles.
  • 4 Put these in Ziploc bags and freeze \u2018til you need them.
