Bread Machine Beetroot Bread

Time: 3 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup grated raw beetroot
  • 3 1/4 cups white bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon easy-blend dried yeast

Directions

  • 1 Add the ingredients in the order listed or according to instructions of your bread machine.
  • 2 Set the machine to the basic white setting with medium crust.
  • 3 Check whilst the machine is kneading the dough, if needed scrape the dough on the sides down with a spatula.
  • 4 When cycle is finished, turn out the bread on to a wire rack to cool.
