Pork Chops in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

  • 1 melt butter in a pan and saute onion.
  • 2 set onions aside.
  • 3 mix flour, salt and pepper and cover the meat with it.
  • 4 brown the meat and add the onion and beer.
  • 5 leave to cook covered for 30min.
  • 6 put meat on a plate and stir mustard and sugar into the sauce.
  • 7 pour over the chops and serve.
