Nut-nana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk or 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4-1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

  • 1 Place all ingredients in blender container in order listed.
  • 2 Secure lid and turn on low increasing to high speed.
  • 3 Blend for 30 seconds or until well blended.
  • 4 Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy!
