Frosted Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4-1/3 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions

  • 1 In blender, combine ice, ice cream, liqueur and instant coffee.
  • 2 Cover and blend at high speed about 20 seconds or until smooth.
  • 3 Pour into chilled glasses.
